Hancheng City, Shanxi Province county - level city, Weinan city in charge. It is located on the west bank of the Yellow River in the east of Shanxi Province, in the northeast corner of Guanzhong Basin, near Yichuan in the north, Huanglong in the west, Heyang in the south, and across the Yellow River to Hejin, Xiangning, Wanrong and other counties and cities in Shanxi Province in the east.
