Huayin City is a county - level city in Shanxi Province, administered by Weinan City. It is famous for the West Yue Mount Hua, located in the eastern part of Guanzhong Plain, the combination of Qin, Shanxi and Henan provinces, from Tongguan in the east, adjacent to Huazhou District in the west, near the Qinling Mountains in the south, near Wei River in the north, between 34°19 '22 "-- 34°40' 00" north, 109°54 '00 "-- 110°12' 13" east longitude, with a total area of 817 square kilometers.
