Huize County

Huize County, located in the northeast of Yunnan Province, the east bank of Jinsha River and the northwest of Qujing City, is located between 103°03 '~ 103°55' east longitude and 25°48 '~ 27°04' north latitude. It is adjacent to Xuanwei City and Weining County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province in the east, Zhanyi District and Xundian Hui Yi Autonomous County, Kunming City in the south, Dongchuan District, Kunming City and Qiaojia County, Zhaotong City in the west, and Ludian County in the north.

In 2006, the Eight Guild halls of Huize were rated as national key cultural relics under protection. In 2009, Huize was recommended as one of the 108 most beautiful landmarks in China by National Human Geography. On May 22, 2013, The State Council approved Huize County as a national historical and cultural city. On September 25, 2018, it was awarded the honorary title of "2018 E-commerce into Rural Comprehensive Demonstration County" by the Ministry of Commerce. 2020 China Summer leisure top 100 counties and cities.
