Chaisang District, subordinate to Jiujiang City of Jiangxi Province, is located in the north of Jiangxi Province, on the south bank of the lower reaches of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. Minshan Township in Chaisang District was the revolutionary base of northern Jiangxi during the Second Civil Revolutionary War. It was also the hometown of Tao Yuanming, a famous poet of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, and the second hometown of Yue Fei, a national hero.
