Luojiang County (Luojiang County) generally refers to Luojiang District
Luojiang District, belonging to Deyang City, Sichuan Province, is located in the northeastern edge of Chengdu Plain, adjacent to Zhongjiang County in the east, Jingyang District of Deyang City in the south, Anzhou District of Mianyang City in the west, and Fucheng District of Mianyang City in the north. It lies between latitude 31°12 '08 "and 31°26' 37" north, longitude 104°19 '15 "and 104°42' 33" east. The region covers an area of 447.88 square kilometers and is an important corridor of the Chengdemi-Mian Economic Belt.
Luojiang District as a county name from the Tang Dynasty, has a history of more than 1700 years. In 1959, Luojiang County was merged into Deyang County, and in July 2017, the county was removed and divided into districts, and Luojiang County was changed into Luojiang District. Luojiang District has jurisdiction over 10 towns, 102 villages and 25 communities. As of midnight on November 1, 2020, the resident population of Luojiang District is 209,088.

In 2021, the gross domestic product (GDP) of Luojiang District reached 16.04 billion yuan, an increase of 8.3% over the previous year at comparable prices.

Luojiang District has been awarded the titles of "Provincial Tourism Standardization Demonstration County" and "Provincial Rural Tourism Demonstration County". The tourist attractions in Luojiang District include Baimachan Pass, the ruins of The Three Kingdoms, Pang Tong Ancestral Tomb, Zhuge Dianjiang Platform, Changma Ditch, Luofeng Slope, Blood Grave, ancient post road, Pou Bay Gravel, Dahuoshan Buddhist culture Wanfo Temple, Baojing Temple, Nanta Temple, Li Tiaoyuan's hometown Wake Garden, Yunlongshan Li Ancestral Hall ruins, Li Tiaoyuan Reading Platform, Kuixing Pavilion, Jingle Palace, Li Tiaoyuan Memorial Hall, Wenchang Palace, Zhang Ren's tomb, Qian Temple ruins and other tourist attractions. By May 2018, two A-level scenic spots have been established, including Baishaguan AAAA scenic spot and Xiangshan Ludao AAA Scenic spot. On December 6, 2019, it was selected as a pilot unit to promote the quality improvement of farmer cooperatives in the whole county.
