Hailin is a county-level city administered by Mudanjiang City in Heilongjiang Province. Located in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province, it is a mountainous and hilly shallow mountainous area. It is 286 kilometers away from the provincial capital Harbin and only 12 kilometers away from Mudanjiang City.
