Quannan County, under the jurisdiction of Ganzhou City of Jiangxi Province, is located in the southernmost part of Jiangxi Province, east of Longnan City, south of Guangdong Province Lianping County, Wengyuan County, west of Guangdong Province Shixing County, north of Guangdong Province Nanxiong City, northeast of Xinfeng County. Quannan County was founded in the 29th year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty (1903). Its original name was Qiannan County, and it got its name because it was located in the south of Qianzhou (now Ganzhou). Daegwang Expressway, 3.1 km long, 6 lanes in both directions, with one exit to the county seat of South Jeolla Province.
