Rong 'an County, located in the northern part of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is under the jurisdiction of Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China. It is located between latitude 24°46 '~ 25°34' north and longitude 109°13 '~ 109°47' east. Its administrative area is 2,901.28 square kilometers. Rong 'an County is a subtropical monsoon climate zone. As of 2018, Rong 'an County has jurisdiction over 6 towns and 6 townships, with the county government based in Chang 'an Town. According to the seventh census, as of midnight on November 1, 2020, the permanent population of Rong 'an County was 253,360.

It is one of the "four famous towns" in modern Guangxi and known as "Xiaoliuzhou".
