Shuicheng District/county, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province; It is located in the west of Guizhou Province, adjacent to Liuzhi Special Zone and Nayong County in the east, Weining County and Xuanwei County in the west, Pan County and Pu 'an County in the south, and Hezhang County in the north. The total area is 3054.92 square kilometers. In 2021, Shuicheng District has a permanent population of 622,600, comprising 26 ethnic groups such as Han, Yi, Miao and Buyi.
