Xincheng County, subordinate to Laibin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the center of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the lower reaches of the Hongshui River, between 108°24 '-109 °7' east longitude, 23°40 '-24 °23' north latitude, with a total area of 2541 square kilometers.
