Yongning County, under the jurisdiction of Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, is located in the middle of Ningxia Yinchuan Plain Yellow River irrigation area, east of the Yellow River, west of Helan Mountain, only 20 kilometers away from Yinchuan city.
