Yutian County

Yutian County is under the jurisdiction of Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang. The Qing Dynasty was placed in Tian County, named after the ancient country of the Han Dynasty. In 1959, it was simplified to Yutian County. Yutian County is located in the southwest of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It borders Minfeng County in the east, Taklimakan Desert in the north and Shaya County, Cele County in the west, and Gaize County and Ritu County in the Tibet Autonomous Region in the south.
