Zhenglan Banner, under the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Xilin Gol League. Located in central Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Xilin Gol League grassland southeast edge. Zhenglan Banner is the birthplace of Mongolian culture, the typical representative of Chahar folk culture, the demonstration base of Chinese Mongolian standard sound and the hometown of "Chaganid" culture. It is also the hometown of Na Saiyin Chaoketu, the founder of modern Mongolian literature. Inner Mongolia's only world cultural heritage - Yuan Shangdu Site is located in the territory of the banner. On July 27, 2018, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region people's Government approved the withdrawal of the poverty flag.
