Wuxi, called "Xi" for short and Liangxi in ancient times, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province, a city in the center of the Yangtze River Delta, and a type I large city. It is located in eastern China and southern Jiangsu Province, bordering Suzhou in the east, Huzhou in Zhejiang Province and Xuancheng in Anhui Province in the south and southwest, Changzhou in the west, and the Yangtze River in the north.
