Heyuan City, also known as "Chacheng", is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Guangdong Province. It is located in the northeast of Guangdong Province, in the middle and upper reaches of the Dongjiang River, the upper reaches of the Hanjiang River and the upper reaches of the Beijiang River, bordering Meizhou City in the east, Huizhou City in the south, Shaoguan City in the west, and Ganzhou City in Jiangxi Province in the north.
