Yueyang, known as "Baling" in ancient times, also known as "Yuezhou", is a prefectures level city of Hunan Province, deputy central city of the province, the second largest economy, the first batch of open cities along the Yangtze River by The State Council, an important regional central city in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, a big city of Hunan Province, and a Free Trade zone of Hunan Province.
