Xinchang County, affiliated to Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, is located in the east of Zhejiang province, the south of Shaoxing, east and Ningbo Fenghua District, Ningbo Ninghai County junction, south and Taizhou Tiantai County junction, southwest and Jinhua Dongyang City, Jinhua Pan 'an County junction, west and north two sides and Shengzhou City, Shengzhou City is the same Shengzhou Basin, the county area of 1213 square kilometers.
