Suixi County,It is the only county under the jurisdiction of Huaibei City, Anhui Province. It is located in the north of Anhui Province, with Suzhou City in the east, Mengcheng County and Huaiyuan County in the south, Guoyang County in the west, Yongcheng City in Henan Province in the northwest, and Huaibei City in the northeast. The total area is 1,987 square kilometers. Total population 1.11 million (2012). The county has jurisdiction over 11 towns, a provincial-level economic development zone and a modern industrial park jointly built by Suixi Wuhu.

Suixi County is named for the intersection of Suihe and Xihe. Kouzijiao wine is produced in Suixi County. For 8 consecutive years, it has been rated as the national advanced county in grain production. It is known as "wine town and coal City" and "Granary of Central Plains".
