Shanghe County, located in the northwest of Shandong Province, is the north gate of Jinan, bordering Huimin and Yangxin of Binzhou City on the east, Linyi of Dezhou City on the west, Jiyang District on the south, and Leling of Dezhou City on the north. Between east longitude 116°58 '-117 °26, north latitude 37°06' -37 °32 ', the longest north-south 51 kilometers, the widest east-west 43 kilometers, a total area of 1162.9 square kilometers.
