Kenli District/county is the municipal district of Dongying City, Shandong Province, because the territory was once called reclamation area and Lijinwa after the name. Located in the Yellow River estuary, is located in the hinterland of Shengli Oilfield. The region is located in latitude 37°24 '-38°10' north and longitude 118°15 '-119°19' east. The region is southwest, northeast trend, north-south longitudinal distance of 55.5 kilometers, east-west cross distance of 96.2 kilometers. The total area is 2204.07 square kilometers. According to the seventh National Census, as of midnight on November 1, 2020, the permanent resident population of Kenli District was 257,104.
