Juancheng County, belonging to Heze City of Shandong Province, is located in the southwest of Shandong Province, adjacent to Henan Province across the Yellow River on both northwest sides, with a total area of 1032 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 2 subdistricts and 15 towns.

Juancheng in the Spring and Autumn period for the Weigujuanyi, the West Han Dynasty county, is named by the Ministry of Civil Affairs "thousand years old county", is the Warring States period military strategist, thinker, a generation of military division Sun Bin's hometown. In the county, there are historical and cultural landscapes such as Emperor Yao's Mausoleum, site of Shungeng Lishan Mountain, Leize Lake, Sun Bin's Tomb, King Chen's Reading Platform, and Su's Imperial History Forum, as well as revolutionary sites such as the battlefield of Juan Nan Campaign and the place where Liu and Deng's army forced their way across the Yellow River, as well as rich folk cultures such as Lu Brocade, brick sculpture, chicken fighting and sheep fighting. Among them, brick sculpture, Shang Yang dance and Lu brocade are listed as national intangible cultural heritage.

In 2020, the regional gross product (GDP) of Juancheng County reached 24.519 billion yuan, among which the added value of the primary industry was 3.233 billion yuan, the secondary industry was 7.685 billion yuan and the tertiary industry was 13.601 billion yuan.
