Huade County

Huade County is the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region under the jurisdiction of Ulanqab City, located in the northeast of Ulanqab City. Xianghuang Banner in the north, Shangdu County in the west and south, and Kangbao County in Hebei Province in the east. According to the seventh census, as of midnight on November 1, 2020, the permanent population of Huade County was 95,273.

Huade County covers an area of 2,534 square kilometers, with jurisdiction over 3 towns and 3 townships, 87 village committees, 9 communities and 325 natural villages. The registered population of Huade County is 163,700, among which 36,600 urban population, 127,100 rural population and 50,900 rural permanent residents. It is an agricultural and animal husbandry county inhabited by Mongolian, Han, Manchu, Hui, Korean and other nationalities. On September 25, 2018, it was awarded the honorary title of "2018 E-commerce into Rural Comprehensive Demonstration County" by the Ministry of Commerce. In March 2020, the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region approved Huade County's withdrawal from the poverty-stricken flag county list after research.

In 2019, the GDP of Huade County reached 5.079 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 7%.

In August 2021, with the approval of the Leading Group for Rural Affairs of the CPC Central Committee, Huade County was designated as the national key Rural revitalization Banner County.
