Yongsheng County, under the jurisdiction of Lijiang City, Yunnan Province, is located in the northwest of Yunnan Province, in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, in the middle of Lijiang City, in Yongbei Town, the county seat, with an area of 4952 square kilometers.
