Yongde County, subordinate to Lincang City, Yunnan Province, is located in the northwest of Lincang City, with a regional width of 71.5 kilometers from east to west and a length of 75.8 kilometers from north to south. The total area is 3220 square kilometers, and the mountainous area accounts for 95%. By 2019, Yongde County had jurisdiction over 3 towns and 7 townships (including 2 ethnic townships). Yongde County is a traditional channel along the Yunnan-Myanmar border, controlling the Nanting River in the east and the Nu River in the west.
