Wenzhou, referred to as "Ou", is a prefecture-level city governed by Zhejiang Province and a type-II big city. It is an important commercial and trade city and regional central city in the southeast coast approved by The State Council. Since the Tang Dynasty (AD 675), Wenzhou has been built for more than 2000 years. Wenzhou is a pioneer in the development of China's private economy and the forefront of reform and opening up.
