Dehui is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province and administered by Changchun City. It is located in the central and northern part of Jilin Province and the hinterland of Songliao Plain. It is located at 44°02 '~ 44°53' north latitude and 125°14 '~ 126°24' east longitude, with a maximum distance of 96 kilometers from north to south and 65 kilometers from east to west.
