Gander County is under the jurisdiction of Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province. Gande County is located at 99°36 '30 "~ 100°53' east longitude and 33°33 '~ 34°24' north latitude. It is adjacent to Maqu County of Gansu Province in the east, facing the Yellow River and Dari County and Jiuzhi County in the south, and bordering Maqin County in the west and north.
