Hengshan County, Hengyang City of Hunan Province, is located in the east of central Hunan, Xiangjiang River, because of the territory of Hengshan named. East Hengdong County, south Hengnan County, west Hengyang County, Shuangfeng County, north Xiangtan County, central Hengyang City around the Nanyue District. Geographical coordinates: East longitude 112°27 '~112°57', north latitude 26°58 '~27°28'. It is 54.5 kilometers long from north to south and 48 kilometers wide from east to west, with a total area of 935.5 square kilometers. By the end of 2017 Hengshan County jurisdiction 7 towns 5 townships. According to the seventh census data, as of 0:00 on November 1, 2020, Hengshan County permanent population of 335,704 people.
