Hezhang County, under the jurisdiction of Bijie City of Guizhou Province, is located in the inclined zone of the East Yunnan Plateau in the upper reaches of Liuchong River in the north of Wujiang River and Sanchahe River in the south in the northwest of Guizhou Province, where the mountains and hills of central Guizhou are in transition. It is located at 104°10 '28" ~ 105°01'23" east longitude and 26°46' 12 "~ 27°28'18" north latitude, with an east-west length of 85.276 kilometers. It is 77.696 kilometers wide from north to south, adjacent to Bijie and Nayong in the east, Weining in the west, Liupanshui in the south, and Zhenxiong and Yiliang in Yunnan Province in the north.
