Jingde County, Anhui Province Xuancheng City, ancient You Zhou. It is located in the hinterland of southern Anhui, bordering Huangshan Mountain to the west, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai to the east, and Wanjiang River to the north. Built in the Tang Baoying second year (763), the county name from "table Fang De". By the end of 2017, Jingde County had jurisdiction over 10 towns with a total area of 904.8 square kilometers. According to the 7th census data, as of midnight on November 1, 2020, the permanent population of Jingde county was 112,368.

Jingde County has excellent ecology, with a forest area of 750,000 mu and a forest coverage rate of 66%. It is a state-level ecological county and a national key ecological functional area. It is the core area of international cultural tourism demonstration zone in southern Anhui and one of the important passageways to Mount Huangshan Scenic spot in the Yangtze River Delta. Jingde has convenient transportation, with National Highway 205, Provincial Highway 217, provincial highway 323 and other important highways crisscrossing Jingde. Yangji expressway Hongmen interworking project completed open to traffic. Wu-huang Expressway runs through Jingde from north to south. In 2020, the annual GDP of Jingde County reached 5.49 billion yuan, an increase of 4.0 percent over the previous year based on comparable prices.
