Jinshi is a county - level city under the jurisdiction of Hunan Province, administered by Changde City. Located in the northwest of Hunan Province, along the middle and lower reaches of the Lishui River, along the Lishui River and Dongting, Jin City is a marginal industrial center in Hunan Province. It used to be the key road of interprovincial economic exchanges in Hunan Province and the largest material distribution center in the Lishui River Basin.
