Jinxi County, under the jurisdiction of Fuzhou City of Jiangxi Province, is located in the central and eastern part of Jiangxi Province and the north of Fuzhou. It borders Zixi County and Guixi City in the east, Nancheng County in the south, Linchuan District in the west, and Dongxiang District and Yujiang District of Yingtan City in the north.
