Lenghu Administrative Committee (Lenghu Action Committee) is the administrative organ of Lenghu Administrative Region and the representative office of the People's Government of Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. It is co-located with the Cold Lake Working Committee of the Communist Party of China (Lenghu Working Committee), which is the representative office of Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Committee. At the county level, the Cold Lake Working Committee and the Action Committee are collectively referred to as the Cold Lake ICBC Committee. It was established in May 1992 with the approval of the Qinghai Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the People's Government of Qinghai Province. It has jurisdiction over Lenghu Town. The Party committee and government leadership of the town are concurrently led by the Industrial Committee and the Executive Committee.
