Longli County

Longli County is subordinate to Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Guizhou Province, located in the hinterland of central Guizhou, the middle part of Miaoling Mountains, and the northwest of Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. The territory of hills, low mountains, Zhongshan and valley trough north-south arrangement, the county elevation 1080 meters. The total area of the county is 1521 square kilometers. According to the seventh census, the permanent population of Longli County was 236,221 as of midnight on November 1, 2020.

It is adjacent to Guiding County and Fuquan City in the east, Huishui County in the south, Guiyang City in the west and north. It is a subtropical monsoon humid climate with an average annual temperature of 14.8℃. At the end of 2012, the total population of the county is 224,266 people, including Han, Buyi, Miao and other ethnic groups, including 91,754 ethnic minorities. The famous scenic spots in the county are Longjia Mountain Forest Park and Guanshan Mountain.

In September 2018, the People's Government of Guizhou Province agreed to remove Longli County from poverty. In 2020, the GDP of Longli County reached 22.023 billion yuan, an increase of 7.3% over the same period last year.
