Longyao County, subordinate to Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the middle of Xingtai City, bordering Ningjin County in the north, Renze District in the south, Neiqiu County and Lincheng County in the west, and Xinhe County and Julu County in the east. It has a total area of 749 square kilometers, a permanent population of 480447 (in 2020), and has jurisdiction over 12 townships and 276 administrative villages.
