Manzhouli, administered by Hulunbuir City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is a planned independent city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is China's largest land transportation port city and a national key development and opening pilot zone and border tourism pilot zone determined by The State Council. The Manzhouli Port is the largest land port in China. According to the seventh census, as of midnight on November 1, 2020, the permanent population of Manzhouli was 150,508.
