Nanbu County, subordinate to Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, is located in the north of Sichuan Basin, northwest of Nanchong City, and the middle and upper reaches of Jialing River. It borders Yilong and Peng 'an on the east, Yanting and Zitong on the west, Xichong and Shunqing on the south, and Langzhong and Jiange on the north.
