Napo County, under the jurisdiction of Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the southwest of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, longitude 105°31 '~106°5' east, latitude 22°55 '~23°32' north, the total area of the county is 2231.11 square kilometers. Napo County is located in low latitude, subtropical monsoon climate. As of October 2021, Napo County has jurisdiction over 3 towns and 6 townships; County people's government in Chengxiang town. As of midnight on November 1, 2020, the resident population of Napo County was 171,781.

In the fifth year of the Reign of Emperor You of the Song Dynasty (1053), it was built and called Zhen 'an Dong (governing the northern side of today's Chengxiang Town Feeling Tuo Rock), which belonged to Yongzhou. In 1971, Napo County changed to Baise area. On June 2, 2002, the Baise district and the county-level Baise City were abolished and the prefecture-level Baise City was established. Napo County was renamed Baise City. Napo County is a pilot county for the construction of a compact county medical community and a key county for national rural revitalization. The main scenic spots are Tiger Leaping Gorge scenic spot, Nongping ancient Fortress, Baiyun Mountain primitive forest Park, etc.
