Pingxiang County, subordinate to Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the middle of Xingtai City, in the south of North China Plain, with a total area of 406 square kilometers. Xinglin Expressway, G340 and Xinglin Highway cross the east and west in Pingxiang County, Dingwei Highway runs through the north and south, and Handan Huanghua Railway passes through.
