Pujiang County, under the jurisdiction of Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. Located in the central part of Zhejiang Province, north of Jinhua City, it covers an area of 920 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over 7 towns, 5 townships, 3 subdistricts, 409 administrative villages and 20 communities. According to the seventh census, the permanent population of Pujiang County was 460,726 as of midnight on November 1, 2020.
Pujiang has a long history. In the second year of Xingping in the Eastern Han Dynasty (AD 195), Jian County, the 13th year of Tianbao in the Tang Dynasty (754), Zhiyang County, and in the Fifth Dynasty Wu Yue Tianbao three years (910), Puyang was changed into Pujiang, which has a history of more than 1,800 years. Zhejiang-jiangxi Railway, two provincial roads (Hang-Jin Highway, Jiang-Yi line) and Shanghai-Kunming expressway transit, and Yiwu Civil Aviation Airport is located at the junction of Pu-Yi.
Pujiang County is located in the middle of Zhejiang, Zhejiang Jinhua. It is known as "the State of Culture", "the hometown of painting and calligraphy", "the City of Crystal", "the base of padlock" and "the famous quilting home textile City in China". In December 2018, it was selected as one of the top 100 counties in terms of economic investment potential. May 14, 2019, won the 10th China Environmental Excellence Award.
