Qianxi County, under the jurisdiction of Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Hebei Province, in the north of Tangshan City, in the middle and lower reaches of the Luanhe River, and in the north of the Great Wall. It is located at the south foot of Yanshan Mountain and at the foot of the Great Wall. Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County and Qian'an City are connected to the east, Fengrun District and Luanzhou City are connected to the south, Zunhua City is connected to the west, Xinglong County and Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County are connected to the north by the central line of the Great Wall, and the county covers an area of 1460 square kilometers. Qianxi County was built in 1946. It got its name from the analysis of the relocation of Anxi County. Five or six thousand years ago, human beings had already multiplied here. Qianxi is a famous Chinese chestnut town, a national garden county, a national tourism demonstration area, a comprehensive demonstration county of e-commerce in rural areas, and a demonstration county of national ecological civilization construction. It is the birthplace of Yanzhao culture and Luanhe culture. There is a Neolithic cultural Xizhai site more than 7000 years ago. There are the most complete Ming Great Wall brick kilns and the best preserved Yumuling Great Wall. Song Zheyuan, Zhang Zizhong and other famous generals fought with the Japanese invaders in Xifengkou. Li Yunchang, Li Zhongquan and other ancestors launched the first shot of the anti Japanese insurrection in eastern Hebei, where the culture of the War of Resistance, the Great Wall, the Jizhen culture and the ancient rock culture were interwoven.

In 2020, Qianxi County's GDP will be 32.25 billion yuan, with an average annual growth of 5%. The general public budget revenue was 1.642 billion yuan, with an average annual growth of 10.4%. Fixed asset investment was 18.56 billion yuan, and the ratio of three industries was adjusted and optimized from 8:69.9:22.1 to 7:65.5:27.5.
