Qimen County, under the Huangshan City of Anhui Province. It is located at the west foot of Huangshan Mountain, bordering Huangshan City in the northeast, Xiuning County in Huangshan City in the southeast, Shitai County in Chizhou City in the northwest and to County in the east, and the province in the southwest, adjacent to Jiangxi Province. The total area is 2257 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 10 towns and 8 townships.

Qimen County is the south gate of Anhui Province, belonging to the ancient Huizhou "one government and six counties", the county was established in the second year of Tang Yongtai (766). Because the city has Qishan northeast, southwest Chang men named, is "nine hills half water half field" mountain county. Qimen has a long history of tea production. As early as the Tang Dynasty, there was a very prosperous tea market. Qimen is the "hometown of black tea in China".
