Qi County, subordinate to Kaifeng City, Henan Province, is located in the east of Henan Province, bordering Lankao County of Kaifeng City and Minquan County of Shangqiu City in the north, Sui County of Shangqiu City in the east, Taikang County of Zhoukou City in the south, and Xiangfu District and Tongxu County of Kaifeng City in the west.
