Raoyang County, subordinate to Hengshui City, Hebei Province, is named after the Emperor Chang'an who granted Raoyang the title. It is located in the north of Hengshui City, 220 kilometers away from the capital Beijing in the north, 130 kilometers away from the provincial capital Shijiazhuang in the southwest, and 60 kilometers away from Hengshui City in the south. It is adjacent to Suning County of Cangzhou City and Li County of Baoding City in the north, Anping County in the west, Wuqiang County and Xianxian County of Cangzhou City in the east, and Shenzhou City in the south.
