Ruicheng County, subordinate to Yuncheng City of Shanxi Province, is located in the southwest end of Shanxi Province, the middle reaches of the Yellow River, facing Dali County and Tongguan County of Shaanxi Province and Lingbao City of Henan Province across the Yellow River in the southwest, bordering Yongji City and Salt Lake District on the Zhongtiaoshan Mountain in the north, and Pinglu County in the east, with a total area of 1,176 square kilometers.
