Ruili, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province, was formerly known as "Mengmao". Located in the western part of Yunnan Province, Ruili is the birthplace of Dai culture, an important port city on the southwestern border of China, and also one of the regions with the earliest history, the best foundation and the highest degree of openness on the southwestern border of China.
