Sixian County, known as Hong County and Sizhou in ancient times, belongs to Suzhou City, Anhui Province. Located in the northeast of Anhui Province, Sihong County is adjacent to Jiangsu Province in the east, Lingbi County in the west, Wuhe County and Guzhen County in the south, and Suining County and Suqian City in the northeast of Jiangsu Province in the north, with a total area of 1,857 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 3 subdistricts and 15 towns.

Sixian County has a long history and was founded as early as the Xia Dynasty. It was originally the seat of Sizhou Prefecture and called Hongxiang and Sizhou in ancient times. In the whole province, there are unique world cultural heritage "the only" living site of Sui and Tang Grand Canal, the first national intangible cultural heritage Sizhou Opera, the hometown of Chinese Yam, Shilong Lake National Wetland Park, Chinese medicine cloth shoes, the revolutionary base of northeast Anhui "six business cards".
