Tongguan County, subordinate to Weinan City of Shanxi Province, is located at the east end of Guanzhong Plain of Shanxi Province, adjacent to Lingbao City of Henan Province in the east, Huayin City in the west, Luonan County in the south, Dali County in the northwest, and Ruicheng County of Shanxi Province across the Yellow River in the north.
