Wuhua County, formerly known as Changle County, was renamed at the beginning of the Republic of China, and is under the jurisdiction of Meizhou City, Guangdong Province. It is located in the northeast of Guangdong Province, at the upper reaches of the Hanjiang River, and is part of the hilly area of eastern Guangdong Province.
