Wulat Zhong Qi is located in the northeast of Bayan Nur, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region at 107°16΄~109°42΄ e and 41°07΄~41°28΄ e. According to the seventh census, as of midnight on November 1, 2020, the permanent population of Ulat Zhongqi was 112,159.
